To ensure our support team can help you as seamlessly as possible, you will need to provide your Account ID.
Where to find your Account ID
- Open your Powersensor app
- Navigate to the menu on the main screen (bottom far right)
- Go to ‘Account’ and then ‘Support’
- Scroll down until you see Account ID
Copy your Account ID to your clipboard and send it to your support person via email.
