If you experience issues during the Powersensor installation process, you can manually upload the installation log file so that the Powersensor support team can investigate. In order to do this, please follow the steps below:

Open the app

Go to the Menu option at the bottom right of the screen.
Please note - if you have not yet installed your Powersensor devices then in order to find this menu option you will need to navigate through the first two safety information screens until you see the menu icon appear at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Tap Account

Tap Support
-
Scroll down to Device installation logs
-
Press the upload button
That’s it! This will automatically upload your installation log file so that our support team can investigate further.
