If the app does not receive live data the “No data” indicator will appear separately on impacted devices. For sensors the indicator will appear after 150 sec of no live data whereas for plugs it is after 10 sec. The No data indicator disappears as soon as a live data packet is received by the app.
This could be due to a number of reasons and includes:
- Poor sensor-plug Bluetooth communications
- A plug WiFi issue
- A poor AC signal on the sensor
- The sensor has a flat battery
The screenshot below shows the ‘No data’ overlay appearing on each of the devices. You can tap on the overlay symbols for more information about the condition.
