Why do I need to wait to see my data?

Once you have successfully installed your Powersensor solution, Powersensor needs to learn what's happening in your home. During this time, the plug and sensors upload data to the Powersensor secure cloud platform to learn and build a unique profile of your home's energy data.

It may take up to 48 hours to complete the initial learning process, although it often finishes within just a few hours.

You can help speed up the learning by attaching a high load, frequently used appliance to the plug.
