If you’d like to monitor additional appliances, all you need to do is purchase an additional Powersensor WiFi Plug from one of our resale partners and install it in your preferred location.
To install an additional plug, navigate to the Devices screen in the app. Then, tap ‘Install new plug’ and follow the guided steps. This can only be done once you have installed the primary Essential/Advanced Solar or Energy Monitoring Solution.
After selecting 'Install a new plug' on the 'Devices' page, follow the steps in the app to set up your WiFi plug.

It’s unclear how this works if you are trying to improve Bluetooth connectivity for a sensor. How do you change the gateway for a particular sensor?
As per other comment. This article should explain if the app will prompt you to use plug as a gateway and then allow you to assign sensors to the plug OR if sensors automatically detect closest plug and transmit to that or does any sensor plug recieve bluetooth signal from sensors?
So the 2nd plug i bought arrived today and by the looks the sensors will automatically switch to a closer plug BUT ONLY IF it's current bluetooth connection is marked as poor. If it is showing as moderate/good in the app it won't switch to the closer plug....even though that would give a better signal.
In my case I put my 2nd plug closer to sensors and only 1 of them switched to the closer plug because it's bt connection was reporting as poor while the other was reporting as moderate.
Whoever maintains these articles should add a section here about when and how the sensors will determine if it should switch to another plug. I would have expected both my sensors to switch to the closest plug.
